Please tell us about your system. Include your make(Gateway, Dell, Clone), model (Force 103CDT, 5533A...) , CPU type (486/50, P5/75...), amount of RAM, Version of DOS (3.3, 5.0...), Operating System (Windows, Windows NT...), Operating System Version (3.1, 3.11, 3.51...), Video Controller type (Elsa Gloria 8MB WRAM, ATI Ultra Pro 1 MB DRAM...), Sound Board type (Sound Blaster 16, Packard Bell..), CDROM type (SCSI, IDE..) and speed (1x,2x...) and anything else you can think of that may help us pinpoint the problem.
